East Coast Datacom (ECD), Inc., a Florida-based data communications specialist, announces the UDC-IC Interface Converter with support for EIA-644 LDVS to HSSI high speed conversion with either DCE and DTE serial interface cards.

The new LVDS cards are also utilized in the RDS-PLUS Network Delay Simulator to support industry leading Safenet, Inc., model KIV-7M crypto supplied with LVDS data ports.
The UDC-IC allows users to convert from LVDS to HSSI existing equipment such as existing serial base Test Equipment(i.e. TTC 6000a with HSSI) or existing satellite receivers. The data rates are up to 52Mbps and the unit is available in stand-alone or 1U Rackmount. The UDC-IC supports all international Safety, EMI and Lead Free initiatives. The unit is powered on 110/220VAC or optional DC -48V supply.

The EIA-644 LVDS and HSSI Interface Cards are available for shipment in the first week of February 2013
