AVAILABILITY: East Coast Datacom (ECD) products are sold
direct, through distributors, resellers and catalog houses. Please
contact ECD sales to determine the best option to purchase our products.
All products in our List Price Sheet are stock items. Typical lead
times for volume purchase orders are 4-6 weeks. Orders received
before 3:00 P.M. EST are shipped same day.
PRODUCT PRICING:
All active products are listed in the List Price Sheet. The
List Price Sheet may or may not be the sale cost to the consumer.
East Coast Datacom, Inc.(ECD) offers several different price levels
based upon: Country, Distributor, Reseller, End User and custom
OEM requirements.
The price list is periodically updated and we encourage you to check
the web site or call ECD to insure that the effective price is current.
ECD reserves the right to change this pricing at any time without
notice. Custom changes to products will result in price changes
and may require engineering fees to cover these changes.
** All sales of custom products are final and are
not refundable.
ECD offers contracts for long term fixed pricing, spares and support.

WARRANTIES:
All East Coast Datacom(ECD) products have a three-year
factory warranty(unless listed otherwise). ECD warrants that
all products sold will be free from defects in materials or workmanship
for a period of three years from date of shipment. If a defect is
discovered within the warranty period, ECDs sole obligation
will be to repair or replace, at ECDs discretion, the product
free of charge on receipt of the unit and proof of purchase. The
warranty does not apply if the unit is modified, tampered with,
or misused. Any work done on the unit by anyone other than ECDs
factory technicians will terminate the warranty.
EXTENDED
WARRANTY: When placing your order, you can get a two-year
extended warranty protection for only 8% of the products current
List price. This nominal charge gives you five years of factory
repair service.
HOT
SPARE: You can get HOT SPARE warranty
protection for only 20% of the products current catalog price.
This nominal charge gives you a hot spare unit, which will be sent
over night within the continental U.S. from our Factory. This is
renewable on a yearly basis.
RETURN POLICY:
All standard equipment has a 30-day return option. Within
30 days of shipping, any product may be returned for credit, refund,
or exchange. Merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to a
restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. Items held
45 days and over are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned
in resellable condition in original shipping carton. All accessories
and documentation must be included. Prior to returning merchandise
for any reason, you must contact East Coast Datacom for a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number. When calling for a RMA number,
please be able to provide the following: * Product & serial
number * Reason for return, including problem description. The RMA
number must be referenced on the shipping label. Products returned
without an RMA number will be refused.
TEST EQUIPMENT
RETURN POLICY: All Test Equipment returns must be within 10-days of customer receipt. Within 10 days of receipt, the product may be returned for credit, refund, or exchange. Merchandise returned after 10 days is subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. Test Equipment held 20 days and over are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in re-sellable condition in original shipping carton. All accessories and documentation must be included. Prior to returning merchandise for any reason, you must contact East Coast Datacom for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. When calling for a RMA number, please be able to provide the following: * Product & serial number * Reason for return, including problem description. PAYMENT
TERMS: All first time orders will be processed on
a Pre-Pay(Wire transfer / Credit Card) or C.O.D. basis. Standard
terms for credit approved customers is net 30 days from date
of invoice. To acquire a credit line, call or write for a credit
application to be sent to you.

All sales outside of the United States are pre-pay via Wire Transfer,
Credit Card or a C.O.D. basis only.
Credit Card Payments: We accept VISA, Mastercard or Discover All credit
card orders MUST include:

1) the credit card number
2) the expiration date
3) the card holders name
4) the address that the credit card bill is mailed to
5) A Faxed Purchase Order stating the Part Number and Model

SECURITY ALERT:
DO NOT email your Credit Card Number to us via the Internet. It is
possible that your email could be intercepted by the wrong party or
could be addressed incorrectly.
PRODUCT REPAIRS:
All East Coast Datacom(ECD) manufactured products are repaired
by trained factory technicians. Products that are In Warranty
are repaired FREE OF CHARGE. Products that are Out of Warranty
are repaired on a time and material basis at the discretion of the
product owner. A repair estimate will be provided prior to any work
performed.
Products that are damaged by lightning strikes, electrical surges,
water damage, misuse, mishandling (dropped and damaged) are not covered
under warranty.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
All East Coast Datacom (ECD) products sold are supported by our technical
staff during the warranty period. All Out of Warranty
products will be supported to help identify product configuration
problems or possible product defects.
